Premium Contract

By subscribing to the Sharedou Premium Account, you ("User") agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are in addition to the general Terms of Service and apply specifically to the Premium Account subscription.

1. Overview of Sharedou Premium Account

The Sharedou Premium Account ("Premium") is a subscription-based service that provides users with additional features and benefits, including but not limited to:

  • Ad-Free Experience: No advertisements while using Sharedou.
  • Advanced Customization Options: Enhanced tools and settings for personalizing your experience.
  • Exclusive Features: Access to features available only to Premium users.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Model: Sharedou Premium is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Payment: By subscribing to Premium, you agree to pay a subscription fee per month. The price for the subscription is clearly displayed at the time of subscribing. Payments will be charged automatically each month using the payment method you provide.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
  • Taxes: All applicable taxes may be charged in addition to the subscription fee based on your location.

Example

The first payment will be charged upon subscribing, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same day each month. If the payment fails, your access to Premium may be suspended until the payment is processed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your Sharedou Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to Premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
  • No Refunds: Except as required by law, payments for the Premium subscription are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.

Example

If you cancel mid-month, your Premium benefits will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining days.

4. Changes to Subscription Fees

Sharedou reserves the right to change the subscription fees for Premium at any time. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes to the fee. You will have to accept the new pricing, otherwise your subscription will be cancelled before the price change goes into effect.

5. Premium Features

As a Premium user, you will gain access to exclusive features, which may include:

  • No Ads: A completely ad-free experience across the Sharedou platform.
  • Advanced Customization: More tools and settings to customize your user interface and experience.
  • Exclusive Features: Additional functionalities that may not be available to standard users.

Sharedou may modify or add to these features from time to time, and these updates will be made available as part of your Premium subscription.

6. Account Termination

Sharedou reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Premium if you violate the Terms of Service or any other Sharedou policies. In such cases, you may forfeit any remaining subscription time, and no refund will be provided.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Sharedou Premium is provided on an "as is" basis. Sharedou does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharedou shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Premium account.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes related to your Premium subscription will be governed by the laws of Germany, and resolved through binding arbitration in Germany.
